V\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 kho\u1ea3ng 1,46 t\u1ef7 USD, cao t\u1ed1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh hai \u0111o\u1ea1n ch\u00ednh: \u0111o\u1ea1n N\u1ed9i B\u00e0i &#8211; Y\u00ean B\u00e1i (160 km, 4 l\u00e0n xe, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ed1i \u0111a 100 km\/h) v\u00e0 \u0111o\u1ea1n Y\u00ean B\u00e1i &#8211; L\u00e0o Cai (83 km, 2 l\u00e0n xe, t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1ed1i \u0111a 80 km\/h). Tuy\u1ebfn \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng n\u00e0y thu\u1ed9c h\u00e0nh lang kinh t\u1ebf C\u00f4n Minh &#8211; H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i &#8211; H\u1ea3i Ph\u00f2ng (AH14), g\u00f3p ph\u1ea7n th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y giao th\u01b0\u01a1ng, du l\u1ecbch, v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kinh t\u1ebf khu v\u1ef1c ph\u00eda B\u1eafc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cao t\u1ed1c c\u00f3 20 n\u00fat giao (IC01 \u0111\u1ebfn IC19) v\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng tr\u00ecnh n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt nh\u01b0 c\u1ea7u S\u00f4ng H\u1ed3ng (1,68 km), h\u1ea7m xuy\u00ean n\u00fai (530 m), c\u00f9ng 13 tr\u1ea1m d\u1eebng ngh\u1ec9 v\u00e0 thu ph\u00ed.
